Resurrection is an annual event of worship and spiritual growth for youth and youth mentors. Each year thousands come together in Pigeon Forge, TN, to celebrate the God of The Resurrection. Through inspirational words and music led by nationally-known speakers and musicians, young people encounter the Lord in new and deeper ways.
Resurrection is hosted by the youth ministry of the Holston Conference of the United Methodist Church. Most of the youth and adults who attend Resurrection come from the geographical areas of northeast Georgia, eastern Tennessee, and southwestern Virginia. However, a significant and growing number of youth and adults come from churches outside of this region. Resurrection has become an interdenominational celebration, welcoming youth and adults from Baptist churches, Presbyterian churches, the Christian Church, Lutheran churches, and more, as well as non-denominational churches. Resurrection testifies to the common experience of following Jesus that binds all believers into one, despite our divisions. We desire to make all welcome here.
We invite you to come and be with us and experience the life-changing power of Jesus Christ—the One who is The Resurrection and The Life.

Youth talent offerings will be performed at Resurrection 2024. This year we will be accepting video submissions of gifts and talents no longer than 4 minutes. The due date is December 1, 2023, after which, a team will choose which talents will be shared on stage at Resurrection 2024. Please submit videos to Laura McLean at lauramclean@holston.org
In addition to praying generally for this ministry, you are invited to participate in prayer-based opportunities available at Resurrection: the Prayer Room. The Prayer Room will be available in the Convention Center throughout the weekend for anyone in your group to use.
Registrants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations. We suggest you make your reservations as soon as possible.
GLO has been a worship leader with FRVR FREE since 2017. For years, through worship leading, songwriting and speaking, Glo has revealed Jesus to thousands. His testimony of life change continues to be told across the earth, and he reflects Jesus so well in all of it.
Returning for a second year, FRVR FREE began in 2016 as an event-driven nonprofit company. Over time, God caused this team to grow and transform into a family. The FRVR FREE Family consists of 35-40 individuals who are committed to living by the same value system, and whose mission statement is this: “We’ve been set free to set others free”. When we create experiences, our hope is that people would begin to understand how their Heavenly Father sees them, because when people have an accurate view of how God sees them, the possibilities are endless. This affords us the opportunity to see shame FALL and freedom RISE — and that's what it means to be FRVR FREE.
Late registration is $60 per person and is available only at the door on Friday, January 19, 2024.
Because we want to encourage your senior or associate pastor to attend with your group, he/she may attend for free. Limit one pastor per charge.
Refunds can be requested through January 2, 2024. After that date, no refunds will be made. All refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee, which will be deducted from any refunded amount.
